It is the design of the transportation units belonging to the administration within the framework of the need program, located within the boundaries of Konak District, separated as a Municipal Service Area in the development plan, at the node of Izmir City transportation and in the area within the "New City Center boundaries".

In this context, it is aimed to facilitate the transportation of pedestrians, to make them comfortable by detaching them from the vehicle density, to direct the users and to encourage the use of the social functions offered by the area, as well as to shape the social function selection offered by the building in its own inner world by detaching it from intense environmental mobility and chaos.
